prpvin Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the Player", "the User", "you") and prpvin ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting services available at prpvin.net. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the prpvin platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the entirety of this Agreement, including any policies incorporated by reference.

This Agreement governs all aspects of your relationship with prpvin, including account registration, deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), participation in games and sports betting markets, receipt of bonuses and promotions, use of responsible gaming tools, and all customer support interactions.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately discontinue your use of the prpvin platform and close your account by contacting our support team.

To register and use a prpvin account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. prpvin enforces a strict 21+ age restriction on all accounts without exception. This age threshold applies regardless of the legal gambling age in your local jurisdiction.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf and for your own personal entertainment.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee or director of prpvin or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or gaming partners.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion programme maintained by prpvin or any third-party responsible gaming organisation covering the prpvin platform.
• You must not access or use the prpvin platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your responsibility to verify the legality of online gaming in your location before registering.

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) prpvin account. The registration of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. You must update this information promptly if any detail changes.

prpvin reserves the right to verify the accuracy of all registration information at any time. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds held in the account.

Upon successful registration, prpvin will create a single PKR-denominated wallet associated with your account. This wallet is used for all deposits, withdrawals, real-money play, and bonus fund tracking on the platform.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your prpvin account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes sent to your registered Pakistani mobile number. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

All activity that occurs on your prpvin account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you. prpvin cannot be held liable for losses resulting from the unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to adequately protect your credentials.

You must notify prpvin's support team immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. prpvin will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receiving such notification, which may include temporary account suspension pending investigation.

prpvin will never contact you via email, chat, or phone to request your password, OTP verification codes, or any other account credentials. Any such request purporting to come from prpvin should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

prpvin accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following supported payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. prpvin reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods at its discretion with reasonable notice.

All deposit transactions are subject to the following conditions:

• You must be the registered account holder of the payment method used to deposit. Third-party payments — deposits made from a payment account held in another person's name — are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of the deposit transaction and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your prpvin wallet instantly. Bank transfer deposits (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) are credited within the timeline specified at the time of the transaction.
• prpvin does not charge a deposit fee. However, your payment provider may apply transaction charges independent of prpvin.
• Deposited funds are held for gaming purposes only. prpvin does not treat player funds as interest-bearing deposits and does not pay interest on account balances.

You may request a withdrawal of your real-money PKR balance (excluding bonus funds not yet converted through wagering requirements) at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section.

Before processing your first withdrawal, and at any subsequent point prpvin deems necessary, you may be required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification. This process may require submission of the following documents:

• A government-issued photo identity document (Pakistani CNIC, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method(s) used to deposit (screenshots of the registered account, bank statement headers, or equivalent)

Withdrawals are processed exclusively to payment methods previously used for deposit on your prpvin account. Withdrawal requests to new or unverified payment methods will be held pending additional verification.

prpvin aims to process verified withdrawal requests within the timelines displayed at the time of the request. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on banking processing windows.

prpvin may offer bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, cashback promotions, and other incentives to players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is subject to specific terms stated at the time of the offer, which take precedence over this general section where there is a conflict.

The following general conditions apply to all prpvin bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement" or "playthrough") before they are eligible for withdrawal as real-money PKR balance. The applicable wagering requirement is displayed on the bonus offer page.
• Eligible Games: Not all prpvin games contribute equally to bonus wagering. Contribution rates per game category are specified in the bonus terms. Sports bets, for instance, may contribute at a different rate than slots or live casino games.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not activated within a stated period will expire automatically. Active bonuses must have their wagering requirements fulfilled before the expiry date; uncompleted bonus balances expire and are removed from the account.
• Bonus Abuse: prpvin monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including patterns of low-risk wagering designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk. prpvin reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings where abuse is detected.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise, only one active bonus may be held in your prpvin account at any one time.

All bets placed on prpvin — whether on sports markets, live casino tables, slot games, Monster Dice, Fortune Bingo, or any other game format — are subject to the specific rules applicable to that game or market, which are accessible within the relevant game or betting section of the platform.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on prpvin:

• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the prpvin system, it is binding and cannot be reversed by the player except where prpvin's specific game rules provide for an in-game cancellation mechanism.
• prpvin reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds, or arising from a technical malfunction of the platform. Voided bets will have the original stake returned to your PKR wallet.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet or game round, the prpvin system logs are the definitive record. Manual review requests may be submitted via prpvin support.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game and per market. These limits are displayed within the game interface and may vary by account tier or promotional period.
• prpvin reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any single bet or game session where a system anomaly is suspected.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the prpvin platform and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement, subject to immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances:

• Collusion: Coordinating bets or game plays with other players to gain an unfair advantage, manipulate outcomes, or exploit prpvin's bonus systems collectively.
• Automated Play: The use of bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated betting software to place bets or interact with games on prpvin.
• Fraud and Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks against prpvin transactions. Any account associated with a chargeback will be suspended pending investigation, and any outstanding balance will be withheld pending resolution.
• Money Laundering: Using prpvin for the purpose of laundering proceeds of criminal activity. prpvin cooperates with relevant authorities and maintains anti-money laundering compliance procedures.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one prpvin account for the purpose of circumventing account limits, restrictions, or claiming multiple bonuses.
• Exploitation of Errors: Knowingly exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or display malfunctions to gain advantage on prpvin. Any winnings derived from a known error are void.
• Unauthorised Access: Attempting to access prpvin's systems, databases, or another player's account without authorisation.

All content on the prpvin platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, trademarks, brand names, audio, video, game mechanics for Monster Dice and Fortune Bingo, text, and interface design — is the exclusive property of prpvin or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the prpvin platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any prpvin content
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any prpvin software
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices on prpvin content
• Use prpvin's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any form without prior written consent

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, prpvin's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money PKR deposited by you into your prpvin account during the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

prpvin shall not be liable for any of the following categories of loss, regardless of whether such loss was foreseeable or prpvin had been advised of the possibility of such loss:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings
• Loss of opportunity or goodwill
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind
• Losses arising from service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure, internet service providers, or payment processors
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with this Agreement

prpvin does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may temporarily affect platform access, and prpvin accepts no liability for losses arising from service unavailability during such periods.

prpvin is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from within your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Once set, limits take effect immediately and can only be decreased with immediate effect or increased after a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications that alert you when your active session reaches a defined duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the prpvin platform. Short-term exclusions can be set for periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 months. Permanent self-exclusion results in irrevocable closure of your prpvin account.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications during gameplay reminding you of your current session duration and net gaming result.

prpvin enforces a strict 21+ age policy and may request proof of age at any stage of the account lifecycle. If you believe you may have a gambling problem, we encourage you to use the self-exclusion tools available in your prpvin account and to seek support from appropriate resources.

You may request closure of your prpvin account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any real-money PKR balance remaining in your wallet (after deduction of any outstanding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within the applicable processing timeframe.

prpvin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement
• Provision of false or misleading registration information
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of being requested
• A legally enforceable order or request from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more

Where an account is closed due to a breach of this Agreement, prpvin reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance as compensation for losses arising from the breach, including costs associated with investigation and remediation.

In the event of a dispute regarding any aspect of your prpvin account, betting outcomes, payment transactions, or the application of these Terms and Conditions, you should first contact prpvin's customer support team via the in-platform live chat. prpvin aims to resolve all support queries within 48 hours of receipt.

If your dispute is not resolved satisfactorily through the support process, you may escalate the matter by submitting a formal written complaint to [email protected]. Please include your account username, a detailed description of the dispute, the date(s) on which the disputed event occurred, and any reference numbers provided by the support team during earlier correspondence.

prpvin will acknowledge formal complaints within 5 business days and provide a substantive response within 28 calendar days. The prpvin system logs, game records, and transaction history shall serve as the primary evidence base for resolving any factual dispute.

This Agreement and all matters arising from your use of the prpvin platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which prpvin holds its gaming operating licence. The application of conflict-of-laws principles that would result in the application of a different governing law is expressly excluded.

Nothing in this governing law clause shall limit prpvin's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction in which prpvin determines it is necessary to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, or other proprietary rights.

prpvin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made to this Agreement, prpvin will provide notice through one or more of the following channels: a notification displayed within your prpvin account dashboard upon next login, an email notification to your registered address, or a prominent notice on the prpvin homepage.

Amended Terms and Conditions take effect on the date stated in the notice. Your continued use of the prpvin platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement in its entirety. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the effective date.
